At Aansh, you'll work alongside Dr. Shweta Agarwal and our Senior Clinical Embryologist in a government-registered ART Level 2 clinic (Reg. MH/AC/2024/15441/L2/Chandrapur/132) with its own on-site embryology lab. Registered Nurse — IVF & Maternity
📍 Chandrapur, Maharashtra
Support our clinical team across the IVF, OT and maternity floors — assisting procedures and caring for patients before, during and after treatment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in OPD, minor OT and IVF procedures such as egg retrieval and embryo transfer.
- Administer medications and fertility injections accurately, following clinical protocols.
- Provide pre- and post-procedure care and monitor patients in the ward and recovery.
- Counsel patients on their medication schedules in Marathi and Hindi.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and support infection-control standards.
Requirements
- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing.
- Valid Maharashtra Nursing Council registration.
- Freshers welcome; IVF or maternity experience is an advantage.
- Fluent in Marathi and Hindi; a caring, patient-first manner.
Front Desk Receptionist
📍 Chandrapur, Maharashtra
Be the first face and voice of Aansh — managing appointments, enquiries and patient records with warmth and organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome patients and manage the front desk and waiting area.
- Schedule and confirm appointments across the Chandrapur and Nagpur centres.
- Handle phone, WhatsApp and walk-in enquiries promptly and courteously.
- Maintain patient records and coordinate billing with the accounts team.
Requirements
- Graduate in any stream.
- Clear communication in Marathi, Hindi and English.
- Comfortable with computers and basic office software.
- Organised and empathetic; prior hospital or front-office experience preferred.
Junior Embryologist
📍 Chandrapur, Maharashtra
Train and work in our on-site embryology lab under the Senior Clinical Embryologist, handling gametes and embryos through the IVF cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with sperm preparation, oocyte handling, embryo culture and grading.
- Support ICSI setup, cryopreservation and vitrification procedures.
- Maintain lab quality control, equipment logs and accurate documentation.
- Follow strict identification and chain-of-custody protocols at every step.
Requirements
- M.Sc. in Clinical Embryology, Biotechnology or Life Sciences.
- 0–2 years of experience; strong hands-on laboratory aptitude.
- Meticulous attention to detail and record-keeping.
- Eager to train under a senior embryologist and grow into an independent role.
Andrologist
📍 Chandrapur, Maharashtra
Lead male-fertility diagnostics and the andrology lab — from semen analysis to sperm preparation and male-infertility workups.
Key responsibilities
- Perform and interpret semen analysis to WHO criteria, including DFI testing.
- Carry out sperm preparation and support surgical sperm-retrieval procedures.
- Run the male-infertility diagnostic workup and explain results to patients.
- Uphold andrology-lab quality control and documentation standards.
Requirements
- M.Sc./Ph.D. in Andrology or Reproductive Biology, or equivalent clinical background.
- Experience in semen analysis and andrology lab work.
- Strong quality-control discipline and clear patient communication.
Gynaecologist — Antenatal Care (ANC)
📍 Chandrapur, Maharashtra
Provide antenatal and obstetric care within our maternity services, guiding patients through pregnancy alongside our fertility team.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct routine antenatal check-ups and monitor high-risk pregnancies.
- Coordinate ultrasound-based assessments and interpret findings.
- Provide obstetric and delivery care in line with clinical protocols.
- Counsel patients and families with a calm, reassuring approach.
Requirements
- MBBS with MD / DGO / DNB in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
- Valid Maharashtra Medical Council (MMC) registration.
- Experience in antenatal and obstetric care.
- A compassionate, patient-centred approach.
