Real journeys, honest framing

Patient experiences — shared with consent, framed with honesty.

Every fertility journey is different. The experiences below focus on the care process, not outcome promises. No percentages, no guarantees — just what it was like to be cared for at Aansh.

Why we share these carefully

Outcomes cannot be promised. Experiences can be shared honestly.

Fertility treatment is emotionally and medically complex. No fertility clinic can guarantee a pregnancy, and any claim to a blanket "success rate" without age brackets, sample sizes and a clear definition tells you very little about your own situation. We share patient experiences because the care process matters — and because it is something we can speak to honestly. Every experience below has been shared with the patient's consent and focuses on their experience of care, not a clinical outcome promise.

If you want an honest picture of how IVF outcomes are measured and what affects your likelihood — see Dr. Shweta Agarwal's section on outcomes or ask in a free second opinion consultation.

Patient experiences

Shared with consent

"We had been told our situation was complicated and felt lost. Dr. Shweta Agarwal took the time to explain every test result and what it meant for our next steps. We felt heard at every visit."

— A couple from the Vidarbha region

"We had tried at another centre and it did not work. Coming to Aansh for a second opinion helped us understand what happened and what to consider next. The team was direct and did not make us feel like a number."

— A couple from Chandrapur district

"We appreciated that the costs were explained to us clearly in writing before we agreed to anything. There were no surprises. The embryologist also spoke with us directly, which helped a lot."

— A couple from the Nagpur region

An honest word on outcomes

How IVF outcomes are actually measured

IVF outcomes depend on many clinical factors — age, diagnosis, ovarian reserve (AMH and AFC), sperm quality, uterine factors and the specific protocol used. No IVF cycle has a guaranteed result.

Responsible reporting of IVF outcomes requires stating: the age bracket of patients, the number of cycles in the sample, the time window of the data, and the definition used — clinical pregnancy vs live birth. A single blended percentage without these details tells you very little about your own situation.

Dr. Shweta Agarwal (MBBS, DGO) explains the factors affecting your likelihood of success based on your own evaluation — in a personalised consultation, not a population statistic. See our treatments page or arrange a free second opinion to discuss your specific situation.

Medical note: Information on this page is educational and does not replace a medical consultation. Outcomes depend on individual clinical factors. Last updated June 2026.

Good to know

Frequently asked questions about patient experiences and outcomes

Do you guarantee a successful pregnancy?
No. No IVF clinic can guarantee a pregnancy, and any clinic that does should be asked to explain the basis of that claim. IVF outcomes depend on age, diagnosis, ovarian reserve, sperm quality, uterine factors and many other individual variables. Dr. Shweta Agarwal explains the factors relevant to your specific situation in a personalised consultation — not a population statistic.
Why don't you show success rates or percentages?
Responsible reporting of IVF outcomes requires stating the age bracket, number of cycles, time window of data, and the definition used — clinical pregnancy vs live birth, for example. A blended percentage without this context tells you very little about your own likelihood of success. We do not publish a number we cannot fully explain and substantiate.
How are patient experiences on this page handled?
Patient experiences are shared only with written consent and in compliance with patient privacy requirements — always anonymised, with no names, no identifying details, and no outcome percentages.
